At Adornna, we want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at contact@adornna.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the piece you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at contact@adornna.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Custom or personalized jewelry is also final sale.
